HIES Front Office application is designed to streamline all booking process, check-in, check out and invoice generation process. Manage Room Inventory for both in-premises and various OTA channels simultaneously from font office application.
Application will help in partial Check out, partial invoice generation, splitting of invoices, invoice generation for miscellaneous charges,multiple settlements.
MIS report section will provide various reports to get insights details of revenue, sales, occupency other details. PDF and excel report generation will help in various task.

Channel Manager Integration
With an in-built channel manager, HIES keep track of all your bookings made through various channels and simultaneously update Room Inventory.

Group Check In/Partial Check Out
In the event of large group check -in, you can easily make Check out against some rooms termed as Partial Check out and generate the seperate bill for the same.

Room Inventory
Make on-premises bookings or on-line bookings, HIES will maintain room inventory across all channels, so that your rooms get booked to full capacity.

Miscellaneous Charges
Add any additional charges not related to rooms in a seperate billing section and transfer the same to the rooms for combine billing.
