Features
KOT Management
KOT management is a very important part of Kitchen management. In HIES POS, any KOT generated can be either modified or void, it can not be deleted. Log is maintained for every item either modified or cancelled.
Receipe Management
Manage all your receipes for items or ingredients and montior costing of RAW materials
Printing
Print KOT on thermal printer, network or USB printer. KOTs can be send to different network printer at one location. Print Invoices in thermal paper, A5 or A4 size paper. On modification or cancellation of KOT, option is available to print void KOT or New KOT.
Direct Billing
Want to generate direct billing without KOT or with KOT, option is available in HIES POS for the same.
