Does the system support multiple properties/locations?

Yes, HIES Applications can be installed at multiple properties.

Is HIES connected with OTAs?

Yes, HIES front office application is connected with multiple OTAs. Receive booking instantly, manage inventory and rates.

Is customisation available as per requirement?

Yes, we do provide customisation to some extent, provided the core functionality of application should not be changed. New functionality / feature can be added.

Is HIES front office integrated with Point of Sale (POS)?

Yes, HIES Point of sale is a complete application and well integrated with HIES Front Office. Transfer charges from POS to Front Office.

Does the HIES Application manage other types of billings?

Yes, you can manage other types of billing and collection with Front Office. Customise heads for billing/collection and efficiently manage all bookings and invoicing.

What kind of training is provided for our staff?

We try first to provide hands on training to users at your property. In case we could not reach on time, training can be provided virtually.

What are your support hours and how can we contact your support team?

How often are updates and new features released? Will this disrupt our operations?

Upgrades are being released periodically for new features and other updates. This will not disrupt you operations. Future upgrades are being release keeping the previous functionality intact.
